Use
What can you do with this site, and what is not allowed?
You may read, print and share links to any page for personal, non-commercial use. You may not misuse the site or pass off its content as your own.
| You may | You may not |
|---|---|
| Read and print pages for your own use | Copy whole pages to another website or product listing |
| Share links to any page | Use the site to sell or promote another product |
| Quote short passages with a link back | Scrape the site with bots that slow it down for others |
| Email us questions and corrections | Try to break into the servers or disrupt the site |
| Use the order links to buy from the official store | Pretend to be GoAlphaErec, the brand or anyone who works for them |
If someone breaks these rules, we may block their access to the site without notice. Nothing in this section stops you from quoting a fact for a review or a news story, as long as you credit the source.
Medical
Is anything on this site medical advice?
No. The pages give general information about a dietary supplement. They do not know your health history, and they cannot replace a doctor, pharmacist or other licensed professional.
Alpha Erec is not a treatment for erectile dysfunction. Erection problems can be an early sign of heart or blood vessel disease, so see a doctor about them. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Never stop or change a prescribed medicine because of something you read here. The Alpha Erec disclaimer covers these limits in more detail.
Accuracy
How accurate is the information, and how are mistakes fixed?
We work hard to keep facts right, but we cannot promise that every detail is complete or current. Product facts come from the brand's sales page and the front of the bottle, and anything they leave out is marked not published.
- Ingredient amounts, other ingredients and label cautions are not published, and we say so wherever it matters.
- Prices come from the seller's information and are confirmed at checkout. The brand's info page has shown other prices; the checkout price is the one you pay.
- Study summaries describe single ingredients at known doses, not this gummy.
If you spot an error, email [email protected] with the page and the problem. When we fix something, we move that page's "Last updated" date forward.
Orders
How do orders, refunds and the 60-day guarantee work?
This site does not take payments. When you click an order button, you buy on the brand's order page, and that page's terms govern the sale, together with the 60-day money-back guarantee described below.
Contact the desk within 60 days
Call +1 (720) 619-8477 (7:00 am-9:00 pm, 7 days) or write to [email protected] with your order ID. The 60 days run from the date of purchase.
Mail the bottles back
Send them to 200 Park Avenue South, Floor 8, New York, NY 10003 with your full name, email and order ID. You pay return shipping, so use a service with tracking.
Wait for the refund
The refund is issued 3-5 business days after the return is credited, then takes 5-10 days to show on your card.
Every pack is a one-time payment with no auto-ship. Full details are on the Alpha Erec guarantee page and in the refund policy.
Commission
How does this site earn money?
GoAlphaErec earns money when you buy Alpha Erec through the order links on this site. You pay the same price either way; the commission does not change what you are charged.
GoAlphaErec is a USA authorized Alpha Erec retailer. It is not the manufacturer, and it does not make or test the product. We still point out weak spots, such as the missing amounts, even when they may cost us a sale.
Ip
Who owns the name, images and text?
The Alpha Erec name, logo, bottle designs and product images belong to their owner. We use them to describe the product we sell, and seeing them here gives you no right to use them.
The written guides, tables and page layouts on this site belong to GoAlphaErec. You may quote short passages with a link back. For anything more, ask us first.
Journal names, agency names and study titles belong to their publishers. Citing a study does not mean its authors know about or support this product.
Messages
What happens to questions and corrections you send us?
We use them to answer you and to improve the site. If a correction changes a page, we may reword your point in our own words, but we will not publish your name or your message without asking first.
Please send only what you are happy for us to read and keep for a while. Do not send card numbers, passwords or medical records to the website inbox.
Links
Are we responsible for other websites we link to?
No. We link to outside pages such as PubMed, journal sites, the NIH, the FDA and the brand's order page because they help you check our facts or buy the product. We do not control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave.
A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other site. If a link breaks or points somewhere it should not, tell us and we will fix or remove it.
Liability
What are the limits of our liability?
In plain words: the site is offered as it is, and we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on it, as far as the law allows. You choose how to use the information, and that choice is yours.
- We do not promise the site will always be online or free of errors.
- We are not liable for harm from taking any supplement without asking your doctor, or from ignoring a medicine warning.
- For a problem with an order, your remedy is the order page's terms and the 60-day guarantee.
- Nothing here limits any right that the law says cannot be limited.
Law
Which law governs these terms?
The laws of the State of New York govern these terms. New York is the site's chosen law because our office is in New York City.
If a court finds that one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If you live in a state whose consumer laws give you rights that cannot be waived, those rights still protect you.
Changes
How will these terms change, and how can you reach us?
We may update these terms when the site, the product or the law changes. The new version applies from the effective date shown in the key facts above, and using the site after that date means you accept it.
Questions about these terms go to [email protected], or by mail to GoAlphaErec, 11 Madison Avenue, Suite 1800, New York, NY 10010. How we handle your data is set out in the Alpha Erec privacy policy. For order help, call +1 (720) 619-8477.
