Cost
What does Alpha Erec shipping cost?
Nothing on the two larger packs. The 2-bottle pack is the only one that adds shipping, and that fee shows on the checkout page before you confirm.
| Pack | Supply | Pack price | US shipping | Cost per day |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | 60 gummies, 60 days | $178 | Fee added at checkout | $2.97 plus shipping |
| 3 bottles | 90 gummies, 90 days | $216 | Free | $2.40 |
| 6 bottles | 180 gummies, 180 days | $294 | Free | $1.63 |
If you are choosing between 2 and 3 bottles, count the shipping fee. The gap between the two pack totals is $38, and part of it is taken back by the fee on the smaller pack.
The full price list, with regular prices and savings, is on the Alpha Erec pricing page. That page also explains why the 6-bottle pack is cheapest per day but longest past the refund window.
Timeline
How long does Alpha Erec take to arrive?
About 3 to 5 business days to the lower 48 states, according to the sales FAQ. Alaska and Hawaii take longer, and business days leave out weekends and holidays.
Day of purchase
You pay once and get an order email with your order ID. The 60-day refund clock starts today, not on delivery.
Processing
The order is packed and handed to a carrier. How long this step takes is not published.
About 3 to 5 business days
Typical delivery to the lower 48 states, according to the sales FAQ. Tracking in your order email shows each scan.
Longer for Alaska and Hawaii
Packages to these states travel farther. No exact figure is published, so allow extra time.
Day 60
The refund window closes, whatever day the package arrived.
If you are reordering, place the new order about a week before your last bottle runs out. That covers the business days in transit, plus a little slack for weekends, holidays or a slow scan. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii need more lead time than that.
Tracking
How do you track an Alpha Erec order?
Use the tracking details in your order email. That email is also where your order ID lives, and you will need the ID for any question about delivery or refunds.
Find the order email
Search your inbox for the email sent after checkout. Check spam and promotions folders too.
Open the tracking details
Follow the tracking information in that email to see where the package is.
Give it the full window
A package with no new scan for a day or two is common. Allow the 3 to 5 business days before you worry.
Call if nothing moves
No email, no tracking or no progress after that? Call +1 (720) 619-8477 with your order ID.
Packaging
Does Alpha Erec ship in discreet packaging?
That is not published, so we will not promise it. Some sellers in this category advertise plain boxes, but nothing in the brand pack says how this order is boxed or labeled.
If privacy matters, call the desk at +1 (720) 619-8477 before you order and ask how the box is marked. You can also ship to an address where you are comfortable receiving it.
Your bank statement is another place the order shows up. The name that appears on the card charge is not published either, so ask about that on the same call.
Arrival
What should you check when the Alpha Erec box arrives?
Check the bottles before you put them away. A quick look now makes any delivery problem easier to raise, while your order is fresh and the refund window has most of its days left.
- Count the bottles. The number should match the pack on your order email: 2, 3 or 6.
- Look at the front label. It reads ALPHA EREC, Men's Performance Gummy, 30 Gummies and Dietary Supplement.
- Check the seal. Each bottle has a seal under the cap. Do not use a bottle with a broken seal.
- Turn it over. The lot code and best-before date are printed on the base.
If anything looks off, call the desk before you open more bottles. The full check, with what the lot code means, is on the Alpha Erec bottle check page.
Problems
What if an Alpha Erec package is late, lost or damaged?
Call the order desk. It answers 7:00 am-9:00 pm, 7 days, and it can look up your order by its ID. Do it early, because the 60-day refund window keeps running while a package is late.
Check the tracking
Look at the latest scan. A stalled package or a “delivered” note with no box are both worth a call.
Wait out the normal window
Give lower-48 orders the 3 to 5 business days the sales FAQ quotes, plus a little extra for Alaska and Hawaii.
Call the desk
Phone +1 (720) 619-8477 with your order ID and the tracking status. You can also write to [email protected].
Keep a damaged box
If the box or a bottle arrives crushed or open, keep everything and take photos before you throw anything away.
Do not use a broken seal
Every bottle has a seal under the cap. If it is broken or missing, set that bottle aside and tell the desk.
The desk decides how a lost or damaged order is handled; a replacement policy is not published. If you would rather return the order, the Alpha Erec refund policy lists the address and steps, and the contact page has every way to reach the desk.
